After a successful start last year in Rome, this year the 2nd Euro-ELSO congress takes place from May 8 until 11 in Sweden. In the new Waterfront conference center located in the downtown area of Stockholm all guests are welcomed who want to get informed on ECMO and advanced intensive care medicine.

1st Global Distributor Meeting 2013

From Austria to South Africa, from Australia to Pakistan; from April 15th to April 17th 2013 Medos welcomed 50 people from 25 countries in its new neadquarters in Heilbronn, Germany. Objective of the event was to familiarize the distributors with Medos' new long-term strategy. In practical hands-on workshops, they furthermore could get an update on the complete product portfolio as well as giving feedback. At this occasion the distributors could get convinced by the German hospitality, besides culinary pleasures, a tour through the federal vinery Staatsweingut Weinsberg was certainly a special highlight to all!

Medos AG as exhibitor on the EACTS 2012

Between October 27-31, 2012 Medos AG has been presenting his new s.pump® diagonal type pump and the medos® mini.systems™ for the first time on the EACTS in Barcelona. These miniaturized extracorporeal circulation systems are available in three different types, which have been proven for years in clinical routine and have been confirmed as being reliable and safe in daily practice. On Tuesday, October 30th Medos organized a lunch symposium titled „Unmet Clinical Needs in Cardiac Surgery in 2012“. The Medos AG could win Prof. Thierry Carrel from Bern/Schwitzerland, Prof. Pascal Leprince from Paris/France and Prof. David Taggart from Oxford/Uk as speakers; chair was Dr. Andreas Liebold from Ulm/Germany.
