Jens Horst, director of finance, is responsible for accountancy, financial accounting, personnel and controlling. Mr. Horst, who has been holding a leading position at MEDOS Medizintechnik AG since 1999, had been engaged for five years at the Eifeler-Blinden-Weberei GmbH, a subsidiary company of the Arbeitsring anerkannter Blindenwerkstätten GmbH (alliance of approved shop assemblies for the blind), and last held the position there as head of finance.

Andreas Henseler

Director Development

Dr. Andreas Henseler is head of the blood pump department at MEDOS Medizintechnik AG and signs responsible for the product areas DELTASTREAM^® as well as the heart support and heart substitute systems. He furthermore heads the developing operations in the company. As a certified engineer in electrical engineering he made his doctorate at the faculty for mechanical engineering and has been active in the enterprise since 1999.

Ewald Engels

Mr. Ewald Engels has been appointed technical business economist since 01.11.2003 and is responsible manager for the areas of production, goods economy, work preparation, procurement, storing and dispatch. Mr. Engels looks back at a long-standing occupational experience as head of technology and production in various enterprises. He last held the position of production manager and authorized signatory at the machine factory Wegener in Aachen.
