New Delivery Modalities

As manufacturer of medical products that are used in the cardiosurgical arena to rescue and stabilize patients in critical situations we at MEDOS Medizintechnik AG are committed to the highest standards in safety and quality.

To be able to guarantee without limitation the safety and quality of our products in every step of the logistics chain, we will deliver our products exclusively in their full packaging units and in their original transport packaging. Within our portfolio this concerns, above all, the cannulae for which the standard packaging unit is in most cases 10 pieces. We kindly ask you to consider this with your future orders.

As vividly discussed in the media, a steep general cost increase has taken place in the recent past. Also due to the explosion of the oil prices the shipping costs have gone up dramatically. To manage this development in a customer oriented manner and to avoid to have to introduce a general shipping fee, we have decided to add a special surcharge of € 50.00 plus VAT to only those orders that have a value below € 150.00. As already in the past, exceptional shipping expenses caused by special delivery modalities desired by the customer (e.g., express shipments) will be charged according to real cost.
