Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. Reinhard Löchner

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Reinhard Löchner (graduate in industrial engineering), born in 1964, is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Ventizz Capital Partners Advisory AG. Before founding Ventizz in 2000 he was an Investment Director of KDV Kapitalbeteiligungsgesellschaft der Deutschen Versicherungswirtschaft AG in Düsseldorf, a private equity company founded in 1983 by all German insurance firms.

Prior to that Reinhard Löchner worked successfully for Robert Bosch GmbH in Stuttgart in the internal consulting department on the restructuring and establishment of a franchise system in the automotive parts trade. He began his career as a sales engineer for Schuler Pressen AG where he was responsible for the sale of hydraulic presses to the international automotive industry and their suppliers.

Reinhard Löchner studied industrial engineering and business administration at the Technical University in Darmstadt, specialising in mechanical engineering.

Dr. Helmut Vorndran

Dr. Helmut Vorndran (graduate in business administration), born in 1959, is a co-founder and the CEO/Managing Partner of Ventizz Capital Partners Advisory AG. Before founding Ventizz in 2000, he had purchased in an MBI transaction all stakes in Rolf Schnakenberg GmbH & Co. KG, a global market-leader in event and stage technology. He led the company for two years as the sole Managing Director and sold it successfully to an industry competitor.

Prior to that he worked for 11 years for the US-American top management consultancy A.T. Kearney, Inc. in Munich and Tokyo. He worked on more than 100 consulting projects, mainly for clients in the energy, chemical, pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries. His last position at A.T. Kearney was Vice-President Worldwide and Managing Director of the Japanese operations.

Since 1991 Helmut Vorndran is also a Managing Director and the sole shareholder of Fritz Schübel GmbH & Co. KG and of Vorndran Beteiligungs – GmbH in Würzburg. He successfully completed his master studies in business administration at the University of Wuerzburg, where he also received his doctorate in business administration in 1991.

Dipl-Ing. MBA Willi Mannheims

Willi Mannheims (certified engineer and MBA), born in 1960, has been elected to Managing Partner of Ventizz Capital Partners Advisory AG in 2003.

Prior to that Willi Mannheims was the CEO and a shareholder of Eracom Technologies AG. Until 2001 Willi Mannheims managed the IT security company secunet AG as Chairman of the Management Board. As co-founder of secunet Security Networks AG, he expanded the company to a workforce of 250 employees within three years, established an international network of cooperation partners and in 1999 led secunet to a successful floatation on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, after Deutsche Telekom had previously acquired an interest in the company.

He was responsible in a variety of management positions at DaimlerChrysler AG and CUBIS AG over a period of ten years for the establishment of business divisions and companies operating throughout the world. The focus of his work in these positions was, in addition to sales and marketing, business development.

Willi Mannheims studied aviation and space technology at the Rhineland-Westphalian Technical University in Aachen and completed his MBA in the USA und England.
